Getting started
How do I start my free trial?
Pick a plan on the pricing page and create your account. You get 7 days free to analyze one deal — a card is required on file to prevent abuse, but you won’t be charged during the trial. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.
What kinds of deals can I submit?
Paste the email or DM text directly, or upload the brand’s offer as a PDF, DOCX, or screenshot (PNG/JPG). Napplo extracts the key terms and returns a fairness read and a manager-style reply draft.
How does the AI analysis work?
Your deal content is processed through our analysis pipeline, which extracts deliverables, compensation, usage rights, exclusivity, and other terms. It compares against your profile context (platforms, follower counts, past deal history) to estimate whether the offer is low, fair, or strong, flags risks, and drafts a reply.

How do I reset my password?
Use the forgot password page. We’ll email a reset link to the address on file. If it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or email us.
How do I update my profile or platform stats?
Open your dashboard and head to Profile. You can edit your niche, experience level, platforms, and follower counts — the analysis uses these to tailor fairness estimates to your audience.
How do I delete my account?
Cancel your subscription from the billing portal first, then email support@napplo.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete your data. After deletion, data is retained 30 days in backup and then permanently erased.
Billing & plans
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open your dashboard, go to Account → Billing, and click through to the Stripe billing portal. You can change plans, swap between monthly and annual, update your card, or cancel from there.
Where do I find receipts and invoices?
Stripe emails a receipt for every successful charge to the address on your account. Past invoices are also available in the billing portal under Invoices.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Cancel anytime to stop future charges — you keep full access through the end of your current billing period. We don’t issue partial refunds for unused days. Annual plans work the same way: cancel anytime, access runs until your renewal date. See the Terms for full details.
My payment failed — what happens next?
If a renewal charge fails, access is paused immediately and you’ll be prompted to update your payment method in the billing portal. Once the card is updated and the payment succeeds, access is restored right away.
Deals & analysis
My deal is stuck on “processing” — what do I do?
Analyses usually complete within a minute. If a deal has been processing for more than five minutes, refresh the page — the realtime subscription sometimes drops on flaky connections. If it still hasn’t finished, email us with the deal ID (visible in the URL on the deal page) and we’ll look into it.
How accurate are the analyses?
Napplo gives you a best-effort read based on the information you submit and your creator context. It’s designed to replace the second-guessing, not your judgment. Treat fairness estimates and negotiation drafts as strong starting points, and always make the final call yourself. This isn’t legal or financial advice.
Can I re-analyze a deal after the brand replies?
Yes. Each time you update a deal with new info (a brand’s reply, updated pricing, contract changes), Napplo re-runs the analysis with the full context. Each re-run is one negotiation round. Starter includes 3 rounds per deal, Pro includes 10, and Pro+ is unlimited.
Can I delete a deal from my history?
Yes — open the deal and use the delete action. Deleted deals are hidden from your dashboard immediately. Note: deleting a deal doesn’t refund a trial analysis or a monthly analysis that already ran.
Privacy & data
Is my deal content kept private?
Yes. Your deals are stored under row-level security so only you can read them. We do not sell your content, and we do not share it with advertisers. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Does OpenAI train on my deal data?
No. OpenAI’s API terms state they do not train on API inputs, and we only send deal content to OpenAI through the API for analysis.
How do I export my data?
Email privacy@napplo.com from the address on your account and we’ll send a copy of your profile, deal records, and analysis history within 30 days.
